Admission Process - SAMRAT ASHOK MAHAN H.S. SCHOOL & COLLEGE
At SAMRAT ASHOK MAHAN H.S. SCHOOL & COLLEGE, we follow a structured admission process to ensure transparency and fairness in student enrollment. Admission is granted based on eligibility criteria and an entrance test. Below are the steps to apply for admission:

Step 1: Obtaining the Admission Form
Parents or guardians need to obtain the admission form from the school. The availability of admission forms will be communicated through the school’s official notice board, website, or administrative office.
Step 2: Filling Out the Admission Form
The admission form must be filled accurately with complete details about the student, including personal information, academic history, and parent/guardian details. Any incorrect or incomplete information may lead to disqualification.

Step 3: Submission of Required Documents
Along with the admission form, the following documents must be submitted for verification:
✔ Birth Certificate – Proof of age
✔ Previous School Report Card – Academic records from the last attended school
✔ Transfer Certificate (TC) – Required for students applying for higher grades
✔ Aadhaar Card / Any Government ID – Identity and address proof
✔ Passport Size Photographs – Recent photographs of the student and parents/guardian
✔ Caste Certificate (if applicable) – For availing reservation benefits
✔ Medical Certificate (if required) – In case of any special medical conditions

Step 4: Entrance Test
Once the admission form is submitted, the student will be required to appear for an entrance test. This test is designed to assess the student’s knowledge and understanding in core subjects like Mathematics, Science, and Language.
- The date, time, and syllabus for the entrance test will be informed at the time of form submission.
- The test will be evaluated by the school faculty, and the results will be used for admission selection.

Step 5: Admission Confirmation & Fee Payment
Students who successfully clear the entrance test will receive an admission confirmation from the school. To secure admission, parents must:
- Complete the fee payment within the given deadline.
- Submit any additional documents if requested by the school.
- Attend an orientation session if required.
Once the admission is confirmed, the student will be allotted a class section and roll number, and further academic details will be shared.

Fee Structure - English Medium (Session 2025 - 2026)
- Admission Form Fee: ₹500/-
- Registration Fee: ₹1500/-
- New Students: Tie, Belt, I-Card, Batch & Report Card, Fees Card, SMS Fees, Faculty Charge = ₹1500 + ₹900 (Exam Fee).
- Old Students: I-Card, Report Card, Promotion Fees, SMS Fees, Faculty Charge, Development = ₹1300 + ₹900 (Exam Fee).

Fee Structure - Hindi Medium (Session 2025 - 2026)
- Admission Fee: Free
- Admission Form Fee: ₹100/-
- New Students: Tie, Belt, I-Card, Batch & Report Card, Fees Card, SMS Fees, Faculty Charge = ₹1500 + ₹600 (Exam Fee).
- Old Students: I-Card, Report Card, Promotion Fees, SMS Fees, Faculty Charge, Development = ₹500 + ₹600 (Exam Fee).

Note:
- The transportation fee must be paid separately in addition to the tuition fee.
- Once availed, the transportation service fee must be paid for the entire session.
- No additional charges shall be levied beyond the specified fees (excluding tour and academic excursion charges).
- If admission is canceled after enrollment, the fees will not be refunded.
- शिक्षण शुल्क के साथ निर्धारित वाहन शुल्क अलग से देना होगा।
- वाहन सुविधा एक बार लेने के बाद पूरे सत्र का शुल्क देना अनिवार्य होगा।
- इसके अतिरिक्त कोई अन्य शुल्क नहीं लिया जाएगा (वार्षिक भ्रमण एवं शैक्षणिक भ्रमण शुल्क को छोड़कर)।
- प्रवेश लेने के बाद प्रवेश निरस्त करने पर जमा शुल्क वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।
Fee Payment Rules:
- The session fee must be paid in nine installments.
- The first installment must be paid at the time of admission, and the remaining installments must be paid as per the specified due dates.
- If the fee is not paid by the due date, a late fee penalty of ₹100 per month will be applicable.
- Parents with four children enrolled in the school are eligible for one child’s tuition fee waiver, and parents with three children will get a half-fee waiver for one child.
- Transport fees for distances 0 to 3 km are ₹600 per month, and for distances exceeding 3 km, an additional charge of ₹50 per km per month applies.
- सत्र का शुल्क भुगतान कुल 9 किस्तों में जमा करना अनिवार्य है।
- प्रथम किस्त प्रवेश लेने के समय एवं बाकी किस्तों को निर्धारित तिथियों पर जमा करना अनिवार्य है।
- निर्धारित तिथि के बाद शुल्क जमा करने पर प्रति माह ₹100 विलम्ब शुल्क देना होगा।
- एक माता-पिता के चार बच्चों पर एक बच्चे की शिक्षा शुल्क माफ होगी, तीन बच्चों पर एक बच्चे का आधा शुल्क माफ होगा।
- वाहन शुल्क 0 से 3 कि.मी. तक ₹600/- प्रति माह एवं 3 कि.मी. से अधिक दूरी पर ₹50/- प्रति कि.मी. अतिरिक्त शुल्क देना होगा।
